The ELI Assessment and Debrief
The Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) is an online assessment that you take at your convenience (it takes approximately 20 minutes.) All my new Expansion and Mastery clients get immediate access to it. All other clients can benefit from taking this assessment at any point. The results you will get serve as a baseline, or a “picture” if you would, of where your energy goes currently. This assessment allows you to predict and alter your own behavior at will. Additionally, it gives you:

The Comparison ELI Assessment and Debrief
If you have already taken the ELI, this is a wonderful and exciting way to compare that initial “picture” of your energetic makeup vs how you show up mentally, emotionally and energetically. If it’s been at least 9-12 months since you first took your ELI, it’s time to see how your numbers have shifted. This session will compare your baseline ELI results and second-time results. This is a great opportunity for you to see any changes in how you process stressful situations now vs then, what your new primary energy levels are now vs then and what areas in your life may need to be tweaked. This comparison ELI will also give you a pat on the back as it will be proof of how you’ve grown and shifted mentally and energetically. What are EQ-i 2.0 AND EQ-i 360 Assessments and what do they measure?
Emotional intelligence reflects one’s overall well-being and ability to succeed in life. While emotional intelligence isn’t the sole predictor of human performance and development potential, it is proven to be a key indicator in these areas. Emotional intelligence is also not a static factor — to the contrary, one’s emotional intelligence can change over time and can be developed in targeted areas. The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report and Debrief
Every company has experienced instances whereas leader within the organization shows strengths in core competencies necessary for the role, but may be exhibiting Emotional Intelligence blind spots of which peers are taking notice. Or, a company finds an employee that exhibits great work ethic and is an emerging star among their peers, while showing comparable traits to leaders within the organization. In both scenarios, the Leadership Report can be used when honing in on leadership development, executive development and coaching, and developing high potential leaders. Spiritual Business Consulting
These sessions are perfect for person who owns currently or wants to own a Spiritual Business and needs guidance and support through the ins and outs of owning a business. Since I became a certified coach in 2014, I’ve been a self-starter for both my coaching/healing and crystal businesses. It’s extremely fulfilling to me to champion others in this rewarding line of business, because the world needs more Spirit-conscious businesses.
After years of amassing professional experience working for others and becoming my own boss by starting businesses for myself (such as this one, and Citrine Prana) I’ve learned a few things! I’ve identified the growing need for niche consulting from two groups of people: Empaths and Healing Arts practitioners, or Professionals wanting to enter the Life Coaching field, both eager and ready to transition into business ownership.
