Energy Healing Sessions for Groups & Couples

Have you ever thought of gathering your besties’ tribe to indulge in much needed “me time” for the soul? My group healing sessions feel like a spiritual spa day (so I’ve been told), and they can be highly regenerative physically, emotionally, mentally and of course, energetically. How this works: you host the session in the Atlanta area (ITP only please.) I come to you and bring everything needed for a highly spiritual and relaxing experience. All in-person group healing sessions include a complimentary welcome kit with self-care products, crystal jewelry or crystals from Citrine Prana.

 
 

Group Pranic Healing

  • This session combines chakra Healing and deep Meditation.

  • For a group of 3 people minimum (for 2 people or couples, please scroll down.)

  • Your group gets to picks the theme/focus of the session: general mental or physical health, emotional healing or abundance and prosperity.

  • If you pick abundance and prosperity as the focus, the welcome kit will include an abundance-attraction bracelet with written steps towards improving your abundance and prosperity.

  • The Meditation portion is guided and focuses on gaining a stronger connection with your higher soul and prepping you and your physical body for the healing portion. That connection is required so the healing is more effective, immediate and long-lasting. Given the group setting, the meditation can be twenty times (or more) powerful than meditating alone. All you need to do is relax and be open to receive.

  • The Energy Healing portion focuses on simultaneous deep cleansing and energizing of all major and minor chakras of the group.

  • If anyone in the group has specific needs or goals, these can be energized during the session, doing so will help attaining relief sooner.

  • Prior to the end, each participant will receive an individualized energy shield (read about what this is here.)

  • The session includes a brief talk on all the chakras and steps towards keeping your auric field free of negative energy.

  • Duration: approximately 2 hours.

Individual Pranic Healing for Groups

  • All perks from the Group Pranic Healing session will be included.

  • This option differs in that it allows each member of the group to receive a 1:1 hour-long individualized Pranic Healing session where each participant’s chakra system will be scanned to customize the cleansing and energizing portion (for example, if you have back pain, your individual session will focus on that, or if you have stress and anxiety, your session will focus on that.) Your individual session will also include a custom energy shield based on your energetic needs. All your major and minor chakras will receive individual attention for targeted cleanse and energizing.

  • Each participant will also be given an assessment on the state of their energetic body as well as individualized next steps/intuitive guidance to continue the healing or progress.

  • 5 people maximum for this session.

  • This group session takes 5-6 hours approximately.

Relationship Healing for Couples

  • Because of the energetic sacredness of the couple, the setting for this session is remote only.

  • Perfect fit for the highly-conscious couple who wants to re-connect or connect deeper in a spiritual manner with their partner.

  • In this session, you and your partner will be guided through a relationship-conscious meditation and both of you will receive individual Pranic Healing on the major chakras most affected by the effects of miscommunication, anger, frustration and stress.

  • This is a perfect way to strengthen your spiritual and emotional bond as a couple.

  • The session includes next steps that you and your partner can immediately apply to continue to reconnect and recharge your relationship.

  • Please note this isn’t “couples’ therapy” or “couples’ coaching” but rather a highly energetic opportunity for you two to become one with your partner, energetically speaking, and giving both of you an energetic and spiritual boost to realign. The “client” of this session is your union, not your individual self. You can however request an individual energy healing session as a follow up after this session.

Session lasts 90 minutes and it’s held over zoom.
