Balance

I designed Balance to do exactly just that— get you back in energetic balance in a short period of time. It’s perfect for you if you have never experienced advanced energy healing or coaching or if it has been a while since you experienced any kind of energy healing. If you love to get intuitive messages and guidance while your chakras are cleansed, re energized and balanced, then Balance is most definitely for you!

What’s included:

• 3 sessions of Pranic Healing combined with Energy coaching and Intuitive guidance. Each session is 90 minutes long (60 minutes dedicated to cleansing and re balancing your chakras and 30 minutes of guidance or coaching.) Sessions are held in person or over zoom every other week or every 2 weeks.

• Reading of the state of each of your major chakras and next steps to fast track your goals.

• Self-Introspection worksheets to complete on your own during off week(s.) The theme of this work will align with your goals or areas of interest.

• Complimentary welcome kit with self-care products and crystals from Citrine Prana.

• Continuous e-mail support to answer any questions while you complete your sessions.

Access Balance with one payment of $540 or three payments of $190 due every two weeks. Pay and book your first session below.

Complement Balance with these additional individual sessions:

• Crystal Healing Session: This session starts with a sound bath on your major chakras using a Tibetan singing bowl. Crystals multiply the effects of energy healing. While you lay down and relax, I will place mindfully selected healing crystals that have been energetically cleansed and programmed to activate, balance and heal all your major chakras. This hour-long session also includes a chilled crystal mask over your eyes for enhanced relaxation and healing. Session is held in person only.

• Spiritual Business Consulting: After years of amassing professional experience working for others and starting businesses for myself and becoming my own boss, I’ve learned a few things! If you’re thinking of becoming your own boss, this session gives you the guidance you need. Book below. Sessions are held in person or over phone for 60 minutes.

• Deep Emotional Healing Session: If you’re experiencing anger, resentment, guilt, anxiety, worry, helplessness, fear of failure or success, sadness/grief, low self-esteem or any other emotions that originated in your past, and these emotions continue to affect your present, then this session is meant for you. I have mindfully created this session for your spiritual and emotional health. Book below. This is a remote session over zoom for 60 minutes.

• Pranic Healing Tune up Session: This comprehensive hour-long session starts with thorough cleansing your energetic field, removal of unwanted energy chords, then focuses on energizing of all major chakras. Energy healing is then provided to localized areas of concern or to address a specific physical or emotional need. Session ends with a brief discussion of intuitive guidance or any messages received during your session, and next steps for your continued health.

• Custom Jewelry and Crystal Sessions: Ready to own a piece of jewelry that’s unique in design and programmed to support your needs? Perhaps you’re a crystal lover who loves the VIP treatment of a private crystal shopping session. Or, you have a special crystal that needs to be cleansed and programmed for protection, space revitalization and more? Read more about these services here.

• Reiki Relaxation for Expectant Mothers: Reiki infuses gentle energy that is safe for the baby. Whether you're only a few weeks pregnant or ready to give birth, I highly recommend Reiki to support your energetic, physical and emotional needs. This hour-long session includes gentle placement of hands on or around chakra points or on specific areas where you are experiencing pain or pressure. In person only.

Expansion

Expansion is a natural fit for you if you are already someone who takes care of their energetic body, or if you have completed Balance with me. If you consider holistic support and guidance are a must but have not been able to find the right approach or practitioner, then Expansion will fit like your favorite pair of jeans. Expansion will build on the work you have already done as a conscious and aware being, and will help you and your energy grow exponentially at the mental and energetic level. You will develop consistency in your inner balance, you will discover your real voice and essence, and you will become a self-confident, focused spiritual baddie. Ready to engage the help, mentorship and support that comes from an experienced Energy Coach and Healing practitioner? Glad we found each other!

What’s included:

• 9 sessions entirely focused on Energy Healing or Energy Coaching or a combination of both. Each session will be 60-90 minutes depending on the modality of support you need or choose (60 minutes for Pranic Healing or Coaching only or 90 minutes for a combination of both.) Sessions will be held over zoom or in person every week for three consecutive weeks, after which you will have one week off for integration and self-Introspection. Two alternating cycles of sessions and a week off will follow until all 9 sessions are completed.

• Energy Leadership Assessment and debrief session (90 minutes long and part of your 9 sessions.) This is a highly accurate coaching tool I’ve been using for years. The results alone will be eye opening to say the least. Read more about the benefits of this assessment here.

• Goals and Abundance Map (coaching tool designed to help you get clear on how to fast track yourself towards achieving your goals and attracting abundance in one or more areas in your life.)

• Self-Introspection worksheets to complete on your own during off weeks. The theme of this work will align with your goals or areas of interest.

• Complimentary welcome kit with intuitively picked crystal or crystal bracelet from Citrine Prana.

• Continuous e-mail support to answer any questions while you complete your sessions.

Access Expansion with one payment of $1,380 or a monthly payment of $475 for three consecutive months. Pay and book your first session below.

• Prosperity and Abundance Session: Ready to welcome prosperity and abundance in your life? Renew your energy, leave the old everything behind and clear the way for prosperity and abundance to come to you. Perfect session for any time you feel your progress, abundance or growth have plateaued. This is a guided session where you will effectively release any old energy to replace it with new, fresh abundance energy that will spread into your personal and professional life. Book below. This is a remote session over zoom for 60 minutes.

• Crystal Consecration Ceremony: Crystals are programmable and you can enlist the energy of your crystal for a particular need, like cleansing or energizing your space, protecting you or your home, and so much more. Consecration is an advanced form of energy transfer, utilizing crystal Pranic Healing techniques, with added steps that ensure your crystal will only be doing the specific job you program into it. This is a remote session over zoom for 45 minutes.

• Energy Cleansing Session for your home, office or business: This is an in-person service for established clients, in the ITP Atlanta area only.
